Refund policy

ARTIVO CLOTHING – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ARTIVO Clothing, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Window

Customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving their order. Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- In its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Free from stains, damage, perfume, or any signs of use.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

3. Return Charges

A ₹40 return handling charge will be deducted from the eligible refund amount.

The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method or another suitable payment method, as applicable.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund approval.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide valid bank or UPI details for the refund.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos or videos of the issue.

After verification, ARTIVO Clothing will arrange an appropriate resolution. The ₹40 return handling charge will not apply to verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

6. Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags may not be eligible for a return, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

7. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with:

- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Relevant photos or videos, if applicable.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.

8. Policy Updates

ARTIVO Clothing reserves the right to update this policy when necessary. Any applicable consumer rights under Indian law will remain unaffected.
